Should there be quotums for rape accusations? Anonymous No.158
Only a small fraction of men is capable of rape, yet men get accused of it left and right. People are acting as if there's some kind of rape epidemic going on. If rape accusations significantly outnumber what is genetically possible, judges should realize that something's wrong. They don't, because they only look at cases individually. So the control mechanism should lie elsewhere. In order to prevent false rape accusations, I propose this solution: that public prosecutors have a limit to how many people they can prosecute for rape in any given year.

Rape is traumatic, but so is a false accusation. Toxic femininity should not be left unchecked.

What do you think of this solution?

Agree.
But also

Innocent until PROVEN guilty needs to apply. Solves the problem.

Make it so the reverse is true, false accusations that can be proven to be a lie gets them the same jail time and force them to register on the list as well once free with punishments for not registering
