Some changes
Hello. I have continued working on this. As you can see the look has changed dramatically, it now uses a white background which took getting used to at first but personally grew on me and I've received positive feedback on it. Another big change is that I've started implementing embeds. Youtube and Rumble embeds were already announced but now there are X and Instagram embeds as well. TikTok will be added soon.
The first few updates came with brief downtimes. This caused MLJFireDragon to leave for a few days but he's back now. I now update the website in place so it should be seamless, although at times it can look weird from a bad update being pushed.
Another big change is how comments look on dedicated post pages now. I've implemented a chat style look. It doesn't look perfect right now but I've stumbled into a bottleneck with the LLM that I'm currently using. I can only use the lite model which sucks at changing visual things. It ignores some of my prompts. The current version at least looks acceptable. I plan to hand it over to another LLM soon and have that continue.

Zertz tournament 2026
This will be a self scheduled Zertz tournament.
We'll play a total of 5 rounds. A Swiss tournament mode will be used. (Check out the forum for details.)
Matches will consist of at least 3 games, and will be won by the player who achieves a 2 win margin over his opponent. (Having played eight games without a 2 win margin - call it a draw.)
The games do not have to be played all in one session or at a specific date. You are going to schedule your matches yourself.
Board size: If both players agree they may pick any board size. Otherwise play twice 37, twice 48 and 61 from there onwards. (starting over with a 37 board again with your next oppent of course)
Players will alternate in going first / second. (First player in the first game of a match shall be as stated in the pairing)
Time limits: You get at least 30 minutes. Over 30 minutes you have to stay within 10 minutes of your opponent's time.
The player who has lost on time should resign. If your over-time opponent doesn't resign, you should point it out. If he still doesn't resign, you should resign but count the game as a win in the match. Be prepared for a dispute in that case.
By agreement players may ignore time limits and/or forgo claiming wins on time.
Fairness: Don't use analysis boards, databases, AI etc. - anything you also wouldn't get away with at an in-person event.
Scheduling: After matches are set up, send an email to your opponent and please update the tournament form as soon as possible. It is important to keep admin and opponents informed! Claim a win in case there is no response.

Youtube and Rumble videos now embed
I've decided to continue working on this website. Link posts don't look so good while the majority of links are Youtube and Rumble videos. I pushed an update that makes it automatically embed those videos inline. It's much more convenient and looks better.
